Your club runs its own individual club competition, which is run by your chosen club co-ordinator. Sellers go about selling
these prediction sheets. Interested applicants can apply in one of two ways:

Submit online at www.sportsprophet.ie (Preferred Method)

When submitting online, you will instantly receive an email confirming your entry. Once payment is given to your seller,
your entry will be validated shortly afterwards.

 
Submit manually by getting a sheet from our sellers/coordinators - Roy Maxwell and. Or contact any committee members.

When submitting manually, simply fill in this prediction sheet and return to your seller along with payment. Club co-
ordinators will then receive these prediction sheets.

concluded during 2012. Therefore some events are already underway (e.g. Premier League, RaboDirect Pro 12
League etc.)
To be in with the chance of winning circle just one answer per question unless otherwise stated which you think has
the most potential to be correct.
All entries must either be, submitted online, or manually returned to sellers by 9th Mar 2012 if you wish to take
part.
